Prices
Orders are subject to acceptance by the company and to availability of the goods and will be sold at the price ruling at the time of acceptance.
Payment
1 - We can accept the following cards: Visa, MasterCard, Delta and Switch. We do not accept American Express or Solo.
2 - We can accept cheques, made payable in Sterling to Coastal Cottages of Pembrokeshire, along with a completed booking form from the website.
Deliveries
1 - Although every effort will be made to deliver the goods as ordered within 3 working days (possibly longer if outside of the UK), we cannot accept responsibility for delays due to circumstances beyond our control.
2 - Orders sent outside the UK may be subject to delay by the customs department, customs duty or import tax may be payable.
3 - We send overseas orders via the Post Office on an airmail basis.
4 - If you would like us to send your order as presents to somebody else, please ensure that the correct delivery address is in full.
Returns Policy
There are no returns available on any food products or items. If you need to return any other items please contact us via email (fran@coastalcottages.co.uk) before returning the item detailing the reasons for you returning the item at which point we can also log the return and contact you if necessary. Please send any returns by recorded post only.
Allergy Awareness
Please be aware food products may contain wheat, gluten and milk and may have been made in an area that processes nut products.
